As the winner of the 2012 McWane Ergo Cup Competition, the team at Pacific States represented McWane at this year’s National Ergo Cup Competition and we are proud to announce that they were awarded the Risk Reduction Excellence Award! The Excellence awards are unique because they are voted on by all of the conference attendees.
Para su proyecto, Pacific States instaló cuñas neumáticas en los extractores para romper el macho de arena, lo cual eliminó la necesidad de golpear el macho entre 6 y 8 veces con un mazo de 14 libras. Esta tarea se estaba realizando hasta 20 veces por hora por cada tubo fabricado, 10 horas al día.
